Sculpt3D is made by HigglersLab Solution Private Limited (“Higglers Lab”, “we”). This policy covers the Sculpt3D apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and this website, sculpt3d.in. The short version: the app collects no data. The website collects only what you type into the download form, plus standard analytics.
The Sculpt3D app
The app does not collect, transmit or sell any personal information, and it contains no advertising, analytics or tracking code. It needs no account or sign-in.
- Your models stay with you. Documents are saved where you choose: on your device or in your own iCloud Drive or other file provider. We never receive them.
- Exports and sharing happen only when you ask, through the system share sheet or Files, to the destination you pick.
- AI model server (Mac only). The Mac app can run a Model Context Protocol server so AI assistants on your Mac can model with you. It listens only on your own computer (127.0.0.1), refuses requests from websites, and can be turned off in the Sculpt3D menu. Anything an assistant reads through it is governed by that assistant’s own privacy policy.
- Crash reports. If you allow it in your device settings, Apple may share anonymous crash and usage reports with us. These are controlled by Apple and you can switch them off at any time.
This website
The download form
When you request a download we ask for your name and email address. Along with them we record:
- which download you asked for (Mac or iPad) and which button you used;
- whether you agreed to receive product news;
- the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link;
- your browser’s user agent, your approximate country, your IP address and the time.
We use this to send you the download, to answer you if you contact us, to understand how people find Sculpt3D, to prevent abuse of the form, and, only if you opted in, to email you about Sculpt3D releases. Your browser also remembers your name and email locally so the form is pre-filled next time; clearing your site data removes it.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits and see how the page is used. They set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type and approximate location. Clarity may record anonymised session replays; it masks form input. You can block these with your browser’s privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the site keeps working. See Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that run things for us (website hosting, the database that stores download requests, analytics and email delivery), under contracts that limit them to that purpose, or where the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep download requests for as long as Sculpt3D is in active development and you remain interested, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop emails, by writing to contact@higglerslab.com. Every product email also has an unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live (for example under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU or UK GDPR, or Californian law) you may have further rights, such as objecting to processing or complaining to a data protection authority. We will honour them.
Where it is stored
We are based in India and our providers may store data in other countries, including the United States. We protect it with access controls and encrypted connections.
Children
Sculpt3D is suitable for all ages and the app collects nothing from anyone. The website’s download form is not intended for children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will say so on this site before they take effect.
